Terms & Conditions
Charter is confirmed only when full prepayment is made
Cruising speed is @ 10 km
All charter timing are based on time slot booked.
Achates will have 2 blocks of timing for charter booking. Morning block will be between 9am to 4pm and afternoon block will be between 4pm to 11pm.
Special timing will be subject to availability and charges of $200(nett) will apply for charter duration less than 6 hours. Please check with us for more details.
Any extension is subject to availability.
Bad weather policy: - The Captain is responsible for assessing the weather and deciding the next course of action. He’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
The charter will continue to proceed unless the develops into a thunderstorm (CAT 1), then we will delay the charter up to a maximun of 1hr with no conflict on subsequent charters.
If the situation persists, we will then reschedule the charter to a mutually agreeable date and time. The charter is considered fulfilled if the yacht has left the embarkation point.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund of the rental price if cancelled 30 days and more prior to commencement of the rental; and 50% refund of the rental price if cancelled 14 to 29 days prior to commencement of the rental
Surcharge of 20% for selected dates. National Day, Christmas Day, New Year eve and New Year Day
