Dress code : Casual beach clothes, shorts unless it is a theme event

Sun-block cream, sunhat with brim that fits snugly and tight…but, in truth, anyone averse to the sun can stay in the shade the whole time

Bare feet is best on teakwood deck….no shoes onboard, please

Swimming costume, beach towel, for dip in boom-net, kayaking, swimming and other water activities

For very sensitive stomachs or sea sickness: Dramamine or Stugeron (this one less liable to cause drowsiness)…must be taken at least one hour before boarding.

Change of clothes in case of getting wet. Light rain jacket…optional…guests can stay dry, out of the rain, if they wish

For music, we have a sound system onboard all yachts, please bring along your mobile device or laptop or USB with the cable. Plug and play with the system onboard.

Hmmm. We hate it when this happens. Most yachts have sheltered area and indoor salons. We let our Captain/skipper decide if the yacht charter is safe enough to proceed in case of rough weather. As a general policy, we do not cancel/ reschedule a charter if it rains during the charter. If the charter is cancelled because the Captain says, we will allow you reschedule depending on availability. No refund is allowed. 

The yacht charter you pay for is available for the booked time period. So if one guest happens to turn up late, it will be your call to decide if you want the yacht to wait for your guest. You may extend the duration of your yacht charter with us. Please note that this will come at an additional cost which varies from yacht to yacht. 

Yes, you can as long as the total number of people on the yacht falls within our maximum capacity stated on the package you purchased. 

We do not allow smoking on our yachts. However if the Captain declares a certain area (usually the stern of the ship) for smoking then please adhere to the instructions as a safety precaution. 

Yes definitely. We highly encourage people to have fun and make memories of their charter! And do not forget to tag us #yachtbookingssg 

Yes. There may be corkage fee depending on the yacht if any. Please check with your agent.

As long as we travel within Singapore waters, you should be able to connect to the internet on your usual data plan. 

Dramamine or Stugeron (this one less liable to cause drowsiness)…must be taken at least one hour before boarding. Hence if you think you might get sea-sick, please bring along some meds to standby. For those who don’t consume allopathic medicine, our Chinese clients mentioned that dried prunes does the job and nowadays there are other alternatives available off the counter in Guardian and Watson like wrist bands and patches. 

For whatever urgent reasons then, you can shorten your charter anytime. Please note that we do not refund or compensate the unused hours of the booked charter. 

Any child under 12 years needs to be accompanied by an adult. For people who have pre-existing health conditions, who are immobile, elderly, pregnant, please consult with your physician prior to the yacht charter.

The itinerary is based on your preferences of activity, we are also familiar with most locations and can advise accordingly. We know the territory very well and will tailor the cruise to fit your requests. 

For short charter, we usually cruise around and within Singapore waters. For long voyages, there are plenty of beautiful islands to check out in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. 

That’s entirely up to you. Our crew work hard and happy. They would be grateful for extra tips nonetheless!
